摘要:
      电转气(P2G)技术具有弃风消纳和碳捕获的能力,是电—气互联网络(IEGN)实现能源清洁低碳化利用的重要支撑技术。基于P2G的技术特性,首先分析了P2G消纳弃风与低碳协同机理,并结合碳交易市场的背景,提出了P2G的碳交易市场激励机制,建立了IEGN综合碳成本模型。进而计及P2G碳原料成本、天然气网动态管存特性,搭建了IEGN日前低碳经济调度模型。模型目标函数以弃风罚系数作为协同参量,实现对低碳经济成本最小和最大风电消纳两目标的协同。针对模型强非线性的特性,提出了改进的逐次线性化方法对模型进行线性化求解。算例仿真表明,气网动态管存特性和碳交易激励对提升P2G运行空间、提高系统弃风消纳和低碳效益具有积极作用,而所提的改进逐次线性化法在保证计算精度的同时可提升求解效率。
Abstract:
      Power to gas(P2G)technology has the ability of wind power accommodation and carbon capture, and it is an important supporting technology for clean energy and low carbon utilization of the integrated electric power and natural gas network(IEGN). Firstly, based on technical characteristics of P2G, the synergistic mechanism of wind power accommodation and low carbon is analyzed. Then, combined with the background of the carbon trading market, an incentive mechanism for P2G to participate in the carbon trading market is proposed, and the comprehensive carbon cost model of IEGN is established. In addition, taking into account the carbon material cost of P2G and dynamic characteristics of the natural gas network, the day-ahead low-carbon economic dispatch model of IEGN is built. The objective function of the model uses the discarding wind penalty coefficient as a cooperative parameter to achieve the synergy between the two objectives of minimum low carbon economy cost and maximum wind power accommodation. Aiming at the nonlinear characteristics of the model, a method of modified successive linearization is proposed. The simulation of the example shows that the dynamic storage characteristics of the natural gas network and carbon trading incentives have positive effects on improving the P2G operation space, wind power accommodation and low carbon efficiency. And the proposed damping successive linearization method could improve the calculation efficiency while ensuring the calculation accuracy.
