摘要:
      文中首先明确了供电分区划分的目的是实现配电网规划的由大到小和由繁到简,原则是各分区独自规划优化方案能够自动实现全局范围的“技术可行、经济最优”或“次优”。然后,基于候选主干通道布局,提出了用于中压目标网架规划的供电分区全局优化模型和相应的启发式方法,使得不同水平规划人员可以得到基本一致的分区优化划分方案。最后,通过算例表明,所提方法在明显节约线路投资的同时,还能够有效改善线损、电压合格率和可靠性指标。
Abstract:
      In the paper, the purpose and principle of division optimization for power supply area are firstly clarified. The purpose is to transform distribution network planning from large to small and from complex to simple. The principle is that the independent optimization plans for all power supply subareas together can automatically result in the technologically feasible and economically optimal(or suboptimal)plan on a global scale. Then, the optimization models and heuristic methods of power supply area division are proposed for the planning of medium-voltage target network based on a potential trunk route layout. The proposed models and methods can result in a basically consistent scheme of power supply area division for different planners. Finally, numerical examples show that not only the line investment can be obviously reduced, but also the indices of line loss, voltage eligibility rate and reliability can be effectively improved by using the proposed method.
