摘要:
      风电场110 kV单回送出线因故障而三相跳闸后,输电线路电磁能量迅速衰减,给故障性质识别带来了很大困难,且风电场失去与系统连接后处于孤岛状态,由于功率阻滞,孤岛系统的电压、频率迅速失稳导致切机。提出利用风机变流器向送出线注入低电流实现故障性质识别的方法,在风电机组切机后,先闭合一台风机主断路器和送出线靠近风电场一侧的断路器,短时导通风机网侧变流器电力电子器件,使得其直流侧电容向交流线路放电,利用电流积分特征构造保护判据实现故障性质识别,并提出风电场110 kV单回送出线主动探测式三相自适应重合闸方案。通过PSCAD/EMTDC仿真验证了故障性质识别和主动探测式重合闸方案的正确性。
Abstract:
      In the case of three-phase tripping after a fault on the 110 kV single outgoing line in wind farm, the electromagnetic energy of transmission line attenuates rapidly, which makes it difficult to identify the fault characteristics. Then wind farm is in an islanded mode when it loses the connection with AC systems. Due to the power transmission blockage, the voltage and frequency of islanded system become unstable rapidly, which leads to wind turbines cut off simultaneously. A method for identifying fault characteristics is proposed by injecting low current from the converter of wind generator into the outgoing line. In the case of cutting off wind turbines, the main breaker of a wind turbine and circuit breaker near a wind farm are closed firstly. The power electronic devices of the wind turbine converter at the network side are inserted on within a very short time, making its DC-side capacitance discharge to the AC line. The protection criterion using current integral characteristics is utilized to realize identification of fault characteristics. A three-phase adaptive auto-reclosing scheme for 110 kV single outgoing line of wind farm is then proposed. The effectiveness of the fault characteristic identification and the active detection based reclosing scheme are verified by PSCAD/EMTDC simulation.
