摘要:
      定义了电动汽车碳配额和碳收益的计算方法,以电动汽车减排量作为其获得的碳配额,可以出售获得利益。以火电利益最大和电动汽车充电成本最低为目标,建立了考虑电动汽车参与碳交易市场的调度模型,并使用多目标粒子群算法对模型进行求解。结果验证了当电动汽车拥有碳配额参与调度,在降低用户成本的同时,电动汽车的碳减排性能能够得到充分的发挥。最后,分析了碳配额价格、风电装机容量以及可调度的电动汽车数量对电动汽车参与调度的影响,发现清洁能源和电动汽车需要同步发展,是电动汽车绿色特性体现的重要基础。
Abstract:
      This paper defines a calculation method of carbon quotas and revenues for electric vehicles(EVs). The EV emission reductions can be sold as its carbon quotas to obtain profits. A dispatching model considering EVs participating in carbon trading market is established to get the maximum profit of thermal power and the minimum charging cost of EVs. The model is calculated by multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm. The results demonstrate that the emission reduction performance of EVs can be fully utilized and the costs of users can be reduced when EVs have carbon quotas to participate in the dispatch. Finally, the impacts of carbon quota price, wind power installed capacity and the number of dispatchable EVs on the participation of EVs in the dispatch are analyzed. It is found that the clean energy and EVs need to develop at the same time, which is an important basis for the green characteristics of EVs.
