摘要:
      智能软开关作为一种新型配电装置,其应用将极大地提高配电系统运行的经济性、灵活性和可控性。首先提出了一种考虑智能软开关和传统无功补偿装置并存的多手段互补的电压控制方法,构建了兼顾配电网运行经济性与系统电压水平的双层运行优化模型。然后针对该模型提出了一种基于遗传算法和内点法的混合求解策略,并采用预动作表法确定离散设备的动作时刻,同时根据智能软开关的功率储备对预动作时刻表作出动态调整。最后,在改进的IEEE 33节点系统中,对所提出的运行优化模型进行验证和分析。仿真结果表明,智能软开关与无功补偿装置的组合能够有效应对源—荷不确定变化引起的电压波动,显著提高电网的稳定运行水平与能量传输能力。
Abstract:
      As a new power distribution device, soft open point(SOP)would greatly improve the economical, flexible and controllable operation of distribution network. Firstly, a multi-method complementary voltage control strategy considering the coexistence of SOP and traditional reactive power compensation devices is proposed, and a bi-level optimization model that considers operation economy and voltage level of the system is constructed. Then a hybrid solution strategy for the model is proposed based on genetic algorithm and interior point method. The pre-action table is used to determine the action time of discrete devices, and the pre-action timetable is dynamically adjusted according to the power reserve of the SOP. Finally, in the improved IEEE 33 bus system, the proposed optimization model is analyzed and verified. The simulation results show that the combination of SOP and reactive power compensation devices could effectively deal with the voltage fluctuation caused by uncertain changes of source-load, and significantly improve the stable operation level and energy transmission capacity of power grid.
