摘要:
      针对量测、时间同步、攻击等造成的部分线路两端实测同步相量测量单元(PMU)数据相角差量测不准的实际问题,文中提出了一种不依赖于线路参数的两端相角差偏差的估计及校准方案。首先,分析了PMU相角误差的来源,并用实例说明了线路两端相角差存在的偏差问题。其次,基于线路正序参数的π型等值序分量模型,利用两种工况下的量测数据,推导建立了包含相角差偏差信息的数学模型。进一步,利用多点量测和最小二乘给出了相角差偏差的估计方法,可实现线路两端相角差的校准。仿真和实测算例验证了所提方案的有效性以及算法的鲁棒性,线路参数辨识的应用算例还证明了文中方法的工程实用性。
Abstract:
      Due to the problems such as measurement, time non-synchronization, cyber-attack and spoofing, the phase angle difference directly obtained with the phasor measurement units(PMUs)installed at both ends of transmission line may be inaccurate. This paper proposes a calibration scheme to correct the phase angle difference, which is independent of line parameters. Firstly, it analyzes the source of phase angle difference obtained with the PMU phase angle data, and then introduces a field example which engages a large deviation in phase angle difference to verify the phenomenon. Secondly, based on the π-type model of transmission line, it presents the mathematical model containing the deviation of the phase angle difference, with the PMU data at both ends of line under two different power flow conditions. The proposed model is independent of line parameters. Furthermore, this paper proposes the calibration method for phase angle difference with multi-point measured PMU data and the least-square method. Simulation results show the effectiveness and the robustness of the proposed method. Moreover, the results with field PMU data and the application in line parameter identification verify the engineering practicalities of the proposed method.
