摘要:
      2017年12月1日,100 MW/129 MW·h 特斯拉(Tesla)锂电池储能电站在澳大利亚南澳州投运,并于2017年12月14日和2018年1月18日维多利亚州的Loy Yang发电站机组跳闸事故中跨区参与电网调频。首先,分析了Tesla储能电池投入澳大利亚电网运行的物理和经济原因,介绍了电池的结构及控制策略,Tesla储能投运后的运行状况;然后,从制定中国储能参与电网运行技术标准和评价体系、发挥储能部分替代火电机组一次调频的能力、借鉴国外快速调频辅助服务模式、探索储能自盈利商业模式等角度深入探讨了Tesla储能运行对中国储能及储-网技术的启示和借鉴。
Abstract:
      On 1st December 2017, Tesla's 100 MW/129 MW·h lithium battery storage power station was put into operation in South Australia. And on 14th December 2017 and 18th January 2018, Tesla storage battery participated in grid frequency regulation automatically after unit tripping accident in the Victorian Loy Yang power station. This paper firstly analyzes the physical and economic reasons that Tesla storage battery was integrated into Australian power grid. Then the structure and control strategy of battery is introduced. Furthermore, operational status of power grid is introduced after the commission and operation of Tesla energy storage. Also, grid related energy storage technical standards and evaluation hierarchy are suggested. Storage's leverage effect which is applied to partially replace coal-fired generator's primary frequency regulation ability is proposed. New type of ancillary service is developed and profitable making business mode of storage is explored. All the above proposals are lessons which enlighten energy storage and storage-grid integration technologies in China.
