      风电与储能联合是提升风电场消纳的有效途径,而储能效率直接影响风储联合发电系统的消纳效果,但目前的常数效率模型对储能的效率特性刻画不够精细。以等效风电消纳量最大为目标,建立了考虑储能动态效率的风储联合发电系统运行优化模型。该模型考虑了储能在充放电运行功率不同时的效率变化,将动态效率以分段函数形式纳入混合整数线性优化模型。基于实际风电场运行数据进行了仿真分析,对比了在单一储能和混合储能场景下,常数效率和动态效率模型对风储联合发电系统消纳效果和运行功率的影响,证明了动态效率特性对最大化消纳具有显著影响,是风储联合发电系统运行优化中值得考虑的因素。
Abstract:
      Joint operation of wind farm and energy storage is a vital approach to improve the wind power utilization in wind farms. Energy storage efficiency has a direct impact on the utilization effect of the combined wind power-energy storage system, but the present constant efficiency model is not that precise in depicting the efficiency characteristics of energy storage. A joint operation optimization model considering the dynamic efficiency characteristics of energy storage is established, with the target of maximizing the equivalent in-grid electricity. Changes of charging and discharging efficiency caused by power variations of storage devices are taken into account and added in the mixed integer linear programming model in the form of segmented function. Based on historical data of a wind farm, effects of constant efficiency model and dynamic efficiency model on the wind power utilization and power values are analyzed in single energy storage system and hybrid energy storage system. It is proved that the efficiency characteristics of dynamic charging and discharging have a significant impact on the utilization maximization, which means they should not be ignored in the optimal operation of combined wind power-energy storage system.
