摘要:
      针对电磁暂态仿真中高压直流换相失败可靠检测方法的难题,分析了高压直流逆变侧换相失败的过程及相关电气量波形特征,提取换相失败时阀电流的特征并提出基于阀电流特征的换相失败判据。设计了基于阀电流特征的换相失败检测方法,其主要包含三部分:阀电流极值点及其前后变化速率检测、阀电流最大值检测及极值点后阀电流持续非零时间检测。以CIGRE BENCHMARCK高压直流模型为例,在PSCAD/EMTDC电磁暂态仿真软件搭建基于阀电流特征的换相失败检测模块,通过仿真验证了理论分析的正确性和所提换相失败检测方法的有效性和准确性。
Abstract:
      At present, there is no reliable detection method for commutation failure in the high voltage direct current(HVDC)systems in electromagnetic transient simulation. In order to solve the problem, the process of commutation failure at HVDC inverter side and the waveform characteristics of related electric quantities are analyzed. The characteristic of valve current during commutation failure is extracted and the commutation failure criterion based on the characteristic of valve current is proposed. A detection method of commutation failure based on characteristic of valve current is designed, which mainly includes three parts: detection of valve current extreme point and the rate of valve current change before or after the extreme point, detection of maximum valve current and detection of the time that valve current lasts for non-zero after the extreme point. Taking CIGRE BENCHMARCK HVDC model as an example, detection module of commutation failure based on characteristic of valve current is established in PSCAD/EMTDC electromagnetic transient simulation software. The simulation results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the validity and accuracy of the proposed method.
