摘要:
      针对目前市级电网企业线损管理现状,即传统的线损管理法精准寻标、有效对标,法形成闭环管理等问题,提出一种基于戴明环(PDCA)优化的六西格玛(DMAIC)线损管理对标的方法。通过构造多评价序列信息矩阵,利用奇异值柔性优化以选取线损管理最优标杆企业。然后通过市级电网企业与最优标杆市级电网企业多层次的对标体系指导企业完成线损闭环管理工作。最后对某网区61家市级电网企业进行线损管理计算,实例表明所提方法能够有效指导线损管理,实现线损精益管理。
Abstract:
      In view of the current situation of line loss management in city-level power grid enterprises, the traditional line loss management cannot accurately find the standard, effectively target the standard, and form the closed loop management. Based on the optimization of the Deming circle(plan, do, control, action, PDCA), a method is proposed for line loss management benchmarking with Six Sigma(design, measure, analyze, improve, control, DMAIC). By constructing multiple evaluation sequence information matrix, the singular value flexibility optimization is used to select the optimal benchmarking enterprise in line loss management. The multi-level benchmarking system between the city-level power grid enterprises and the optimal benchmarking enterprises is adopted to guide the enterprises to complete the closed-loop management of line loss management. Finally, the line loss management of 61 city-level power grid enterprises in a network area is calculated. The example shows that the method proposed can effectively guide the line loss management and realize the lean management of line loss.
