摘要:
      抽水蓄能机组和燃气轮机组的机端断路器(GCB)分合操作频繁,易发生非全相故障,且并网初期和解列时尚无保护功能可快速检测出该问题。文中采用对称分量法分析单机无穷大系统非全相故障时的断口两侧电压量特征,提出了基于断口两侧电压相量差的GCB非全相保护新原理,并通过动模实验加以验证。该原理不依赖电流量大小和断路器三相不一致接点,且不受电压互感器断线影响,可快速检测机组并网初期和解列时的GCB非全相故障。该原理已在广州抽水蓄能电站4台300 MW机组上投入使用,运行情况良好。
Abstract:
      The open-phase faults of pumped storage units and gas-turbine units may easily occur due to the frequent open and close operations of generator circuit breaker(GCB). It cannot be detected by the conventional protection during the initial period of grid-connection and in the normal operation of grid-disconnection. This paper adopts the symmetrical component method to analyze the voltage characteristics of both sides of the breaking point in the open-phase fault of a single-machine infinite system. Furthermore, this paper proposes a new principle of open-phase protection based on the voltage phasor differences between two sides of the breaking point. And the dynamic experiment is carried out to verify the correctness of the new criterion. Independent of current values and three-phase discrepancy contact status of the breaker, the new protection principle can quickly detect the open-phase fault during the initial period of grid-connection and in the normal operation of grid-disconnection for generating units, and it will not be affected by the potential transformer(PT)circuit failure. The principle has been used on four 300 MW pumped storage units of Guangzhou, China, and the operation is good.
