      合理的市场机制是电力市场稳定运行的前提,也是电力交易中心关注的首要问题。从电力交易中心角度出发,结合实际月度集中交易市场中价差返还机制执行经验和案例,对价差返还交易机制进行了过程模拟及问题分析。首先,在解读价差返还机制规则后,基于混合伯特兰德-古诺均衡模型进行若干发电公司参与的市场模拟。然后,考虑市场中发电公司之间的竞争关系,提出一种二维竞争策略组合的多重迭代方法来求解市场均衡值。最后,利用广东月度集中交易实际数据进行仿真模拟和详尽分析。模拟结果表明:所提的价差返还机制模拟方法与实际广东交易过程基本相符,分析结果可以为未来其他电力市场的设计和进一步完善提供有效参考。
Abstract:
      Suitable market mechanism is a precondition for stable operation of electricity market and also the primary issue of concern to the power trading center(PTC). Process simulation and analysis of the spread-back mechanism are carried out based on the experience and case of the spread-back mechanism in the actual monthly-centralized trading market from the standpoint of PTC. Firstly, after interpreting the rules of the spread-back mechanism, this paper applies a mixed Bertrand-Cournot equilibrium model to simulate the market in which several generation companies(GENCOs)participate. Secondly, considering the competition between GENCOs in the market, a multi-iterative method with two-dimension bidding strategy is proposed to solve the market equilibrium value. Finally, practical data obtained from monthly-centralized trade in Guangdong Province is analyzed and simulated in detail. The simulation results show that the method of the spread-back mechanism proposed is basically consistent with the actual transactions in Guangdong Province, and the analysis results can provide an effective reference for the design and further improvement of the other power markets in the future.
