摘要:
      空调作为一种可调的柔性负荷,占尖峰负荷比重逐年增大。通过合理的调控引导空调用户参与需求响应,能有效发挥该响应资源的可调潜力与商品价值。为此,提出了一种基于负荷聚合商业务的空调服务运作模式,为用户提供合理的需求响应服务。运作模式包含了服务控制策略以及定价赔偿机制两部分。在分挡方案基础上,服务控制策略充分考虑用户舒适度需求,设置服务状态Ⅰ(选挡)和服务状态Ⅱ(变挡),以实现分挡模式下对空调可调潜力的充分挖掘;同时,在定价赔偿过程中,定义服务的“失负荷”违约事件,并制定指标量化其商品功能,以计入服务的商品属性和用户舒适度差异性,实现与用户的效益分享。最后通过算例对控制策略及效益分享机制进行应用分析,验证了运作模式的可行性与合理性。
Abstract:
      As an adjustable flexible load, the proportion of air-conditioning in the peak-load increases year by year. Through a reasonable regulation, the participation of users in demand response can effectively play the potential and commodity value of response resources. To this end, the operation mode of air-conditioning service based on the business of load aggregator is put forward. The operation mode includes control strategy and pricing compensation mechanism. Considering the needs of comfort, the service status Ⅰ(select file)and status Ⅱ(shift file)are set on the basis of the sub-program to realize the adjustable potential of air-conditioning in depth. Meanwhile, in the process of making pricing compensation mechanism, “loss of load” default event of the service is defined, and the index to quantify the service function is formulated, which can account for the goods attributes of service, so as to share the benefit with users. The case study of the service control strategy and benefit sharing mechanism verify the feasibility and rationality of the operation mode.
