摘要:
      随着可再生能源的大规模并网,其时空分布特性和不确定性将改变电力系统原有的运行方式,传统电网规划已无法适应当前多重不确定性影响下的电力系统需求。灵活性指标能够量化电力系统应对不同时间尺度下不确定性的能力,以消除或减小其带来的负面影响,对电力系统安全稳定运行具有重要意义。从灵活性出发,兼顾灵活性供需平衡,考虑网—源协调,建立电力系统灵活性评估指标,综合评价电力系统对不确定因素的耐受能力。基于灵活性评估指标,提出了一种考虑灵活性供需平衡的输电网双层规划模型。采用改进混沌交叉变异遗传算法求解最优规划方案。通过对Garver-18节点系统的仿真,分析证明了所提指标与规划模型的有效性和可行性。
Abstract:
      With the large-scale integration of renewable energy, the original operation mode of power system is changed by the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics and uncertainty, thus it becomes increasingly unadaptable for the traditional grid planning to meet the current needs of the power system under the impact of multiple uncertainties. The flexibility index suits to quantify the ability of power system to deal with the uncertainty at different time scales to eliminate or reduce its negative effect, which is of great significance to the security and stability of power system. Combined with generator-grid coordination, the evaluation index of power system flexibility is proposed based on the coordination of supply and demand and comprehensively evaluates the endurance capacity of power system to the uncertainty factors. On the basis of the flexibility index, a bi-level programming model of transmission grid is put forward based on the flexibility and the improved chaos crossover and the mutation genetic algorithm is adopted to obtain the optimal plan. Meanwhile, the simulation of Garver-18 node system demonstrates the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed indexes and programming model.
