摘要:
      电转气技术为弃风消纳提供了新的途径,将是未来综合能源系统的重要支撑技术之一。在考虑电转气运行成本的基础上,分析其对综合能源系统风电接纳能力与运行经济性的影响,并针对其较高的运行成本与较好的弃风消纳效果间的矛盾问题,提出一种多目标日前优化调度模型。首先,建立电转气及其运行成本模型,并给出含电转气的能源集线器模型。继而,针对电转气运行成本较高时系统在运行经济性与风电接纳能力间存在的矛盾关系,通过多目标加权模糊规划方法进行协调。最后,以9节点能源集线器系统为例对所提模型进行仿真计算,通过结果分析证明了综合能源系统中计及电转气运行成本的必要性,以及兼顾考虑经济性与风电接纳能力的可行性。
Abstract:
      The power to gas(P2G)technique provides a new way for wind power accommodation, which will be an important supporting technology for the future integrated energy system. Considering the operational cost of P2G, this paper analyzes the influence of P2G on the wind power accommodation ability and operating economy of the integrated energy system. Besides, a multi-objective optimal day-ahead dispatch model is proposed to ease the contradiction between its higher operational cost and better effect for promoting wind power accommodation. Firstly, the models for P2G and its operational cost are established, and the model of energy hub including P2G devices is given. Then, in view of the high cost of P2G, the contradictory relationship between the operating economy and the wind power accommodation ability is coordinated by the multi-objective weighted fuzzy programming method. Finally, the model is simulated in an integrated energy system including 9 energy hubs. The results have verified the importance of considering the operational cost of P2G and the feasibility of considering operating economy and wind power accommodation ability together in the integrated energy system.
