      在分析IEC 61850标准下网络报文传输特性的基础上,提出一种适用于IEC 61850标准网络报文传输的以太网无源光网络动态带宽分配算法。首先,该算法采用固定轮询周期,将带宽划分为采样值(SMV)、面向对象的变电站通用事件(GOOSE)、制造报文规范(MMS)这三类及三个优先级,优先保证SMV报文、GOOSE报文的实时传输,减少网络时延抖动。然后,采用改进的REPORT上传和GATE下发机制,提高了带宽利用率,并简要介绍了算法的典型应用系统及测试验证方案。最后,测试结果表明,该算法满足IEC 61850标准网络报文传输的实时性和快速性要求。
Abstract:
      Based on the analysis of the characteristics of network packet transmission under the IEC 61850 standard, a dynamic bandwidth allocation algorithm for the IEC 61850 network packet transmission based on ethernet passive optical network(EPON)is proposed. Firstly, by using the fixed polling cycle, the algorithm divides the bandwidth into three classes, which are called sampled measured value(SMV), generic object oriented substation event(GOOSE), manufacturing message specification(MMS)and three priorities. It guarantees the real-time transmission of SMV and GOOSE, and reduces the network delay jitter. Then, this algorithm uses the improved REPORT uploading and GATE downloading mechanism to increase the efficiency of bandwidth utilization. The typical application of the system and the test verification scheme are briefly introduced. Finally, the test results show that the algorithm meets the requirements of real-time and rapidity for transmission of IEC 61850 network packets.
