摘要:
      为了更好地管理分布式电源的运行,增强与配电网的友好互动能力,提高分布式电源并网运行后配电网的安全性和经济性,研发了一套区域分布式电源集群自动监控系统。提出了区域分布式电源集群监控系统的结构设计和功能体系,设计开发了系统的关键功能(集群划分、多目标优化、集群控制等),建立了分布式电源集群控制的多目标优化模型,并给出基于二阶锥的求解策略。基于实时数字仿真器(RTDS)构建了浙江杭湾工业园区某实际10 kV馈线的网架,并以此为信源测试了系统在两种时间尺度下的运行情况,验证了系统的正确性和可靠性。
Abstract:
      In order to manage the operation of distribution generators(DGs)better, strengthen the interactive ability of the distribution network and improve the security and economy of distribution network after the grid-connected operation of DGs, a set of cluster automatic monitoring system for the regional DGs is developed. The structure design and function system are proposed for the cluster monitoring system and the key technologies of the system are designed in detail such as the cluster classification, multi-objective optimization and cluster control. A multi-objective optimization model for the DGs cluster control is then built and a second-order cone based solving strategy is given. The grid structure is constructed for an actual 10 kV feeder in Zhejiang Hangwan Industrial Park based on real-time digital simulator(RTDS). On the basis of the grid structure, the system running conditions under two different time scales are tested and the results verify the validity and reliability of the system.
