摘要:
      分析了安全稳定控制装置(以下简称“安控装置”)管理系统和调控一体化现状,从调控一体化对安控装置管理的要求角度出发,提出了适应调控一体化模式的安控管理系统设计方案。介绍了一体化采集及信息存储、安控装置告警直传、文本式数据传输等关键技术,并利用故障树分析可靠性模型分析了该方案的可靠性等系统指标,证明了该方案的可行性。最后,介绍了该方案在国家电力调度控制中心和冀北电网的工程实践应用情况并提出了完善建议。
Abstract:
      Proceeding from the status quo of management system for safety and stability control device and the requirement of integrated mode of power grid dispatching and control, a design scheme of management system for safety and stability control devices adapted to the integrated mode of power grid dispatching and control is proposed. The key technologies of integration of information collection and storage, alarm direct-transmission, and text-data transmission are described. Then the reliability and other indicators of the scheme are analyzed by the fault tree analysis(FTA)reliability model, which proves the feasibility of the scheme. Finally, the engineering practice of the scheme in National Electric Power Dispatching and Control Center and Jibei Power System is described and some improvement suggestions are put forward.
