摘要:
      需求响应(DR)是未来新能源电力系统中的重要可控资源。随着可再生分布式电源渗透率的提高,DR资源在保证区域能源系统或分布式发电系统可靠性方面将发挥越来越重要的作用。文中首先基于改进后悔度匹配机制构建了考虑用户行为选择的DR动态时序模型,进而提出了基于序贯蒙特卡洛方法的DR资源对分布式发电系统发电充裕度的影响评估流程。通过算例仿真,分析了DR资源对于分布式发电系统发电充裕度的影响,定量说明了用户原始负荷特性以及行为选择都是影响DR可靠性效益的重要因素。
Abstract:
      Demand response(DR)is the important controllable resource of new energy power system in the future. With the increasing of penetration rate of renewable distributed energy, DR resources will play an increasingly important role in ensuring the reliability of regional energy systems or distributed generation systems. Based on the improved regret matching mechanism, this paper develops a dynamic sequential model of DR considering the behavior of users. Then, the assessment framework for the influence of DR on the supply adequacy of distributed generation system is proposed using the sequential Monte Carlo method. Finally, the influence of DR on the supply adequacy of distributed generation system is analyzed through the test case. Based on the simulation, it is quantitatively explained that the original load characteristics and behavior choice of users are both the important factors influencing the reliability benefit of DR.
