摘要:
      针对辅助服务市场化后自动发电控制(AGC)调频容量计算必须满足实时精细化的要求,从省级电网发用电平衡出发,通过分析影响调频容量需求的各种因素,提出了综合考虑负荷、新能源功率波动、联络线交换计划、机组发电计划及相关性能评价标准的AGC调频容量实时计算方法,并以华北某电网为例进行了算例分析,计算出该电网所需的AGC调频容量与电网实际运行情况相吻合,结果验证了该方法的有效性。
Abstract:
      In order to meet the requirement of accuracy and instantaneity in frequency modulation capacity calculation for automatic generation control(AGC)after the marketization of ancillary services, the real-time calculation method of AGC frequency regulation capacity is proposed by analyzing the various factors which affect the demand of frequency modulation capacity. The load, new energy power fluctuation, tie line exchange plan, unit power generation schedule and related performance evaluation criteria are comprehensively considered in the real-time calculation method. A power grid in North China is given as an example. The calculation result indicates that the AGC frequency modulation capacity of the power grid is consistent with the actual operation condition of the power grid and the effectiveness of proposed method is verified by the result.
