摘要:
      在负荷紧张或紧急调度等情况下,高压输电线路的输电容量易被过度提升,造成导线热过载运行风险。然而,当前钢芯铝绞线输电线路热过载风险评估方法不能直接用于碳纤维复合芯导线(ACCC)输电线路,因此无法充分挖掘该类倍容量导线的输电能力,同时也降低了线路的投资回报率,限制了ACCC输电技术的发展。为此,文中提出了一种高压ACCC输电线路热过载运行的风险评估方法。该方法首先通过热平衡原理和热电类比理论建立ACCC热路模型,并依据离线实验及多目标优化方法辨识模型参数;之后,通过线路在线测量数据,结合马尔可夫链方法对环境热阻序列进行随机模拟,并以此获得不同电流等级下的导线超温概率,进而实现导线过载风险的在线评估。以国产ACCC为对象,相关实验结果验证了所提方法的有效性。
Abstract:
      In the situation of load tension or intervention schedule, the transmission capacity of the high voltage transmission line is easy to be increased excessively, which will lead to the risk of overheating. However, the current overheating risk assessment method of the transmission line using aluminum conductor steel-reinforced cannot be directly used for the transmission line using aluminum conductor composite core(ACCC). Hence it is difficult to fully exploit the transmission capacity of the double capacity conductor, and the rate of return on investment is also reduced. The development of ACCC transmission technology is limited. In case of that, this paper proposes a method to assess the overheating risk of the high voltage transmission line using ACCC. Firstly, the thermal circuit model of ACCC is developed based on the thermal balance principle and thermoelectric analogy theory. The parameters of the model are identified based on the off-line experiment and the multi-objective optimization method. Then, the environment thermal resistance sequence is simulated randomly by the online measurement and the Markov chain method. The overtemperature probability of the conductor is obtained under different current levels so that the on-line assessment of the overheating risk of the conductor is realized. Finally, by taking the domestic ACCC as an example, the proposed method is validated by the experimental results.
