摘要:
      针对智能变电站继电保护存在的系统可靠性降低、运维难度增大等问题,阐述了基于即插即用就地化保护装置的新方案,用于提升保护可靠性和整站经济性。首先阐明了保护装置即插即用的理念和就地化安装的设计思路,并通过与当前智能站架构的比较,体现出新方案安全高效的优势。然后介绍了单间隔保护及跨间隔保护的应用方案、涉及的关键技术和面临的挑战;并就变电站全寿命周期内各类经济因子的变更进行比较,体现出新方案在变电站设计、建造、运维等方面的经济优势。目前,即插即用就地化保护装置已处于全面挂网试运行阶段。
Abstract:
      In view of the existing problem of smart substation's relay protection, such as lower reliability and greater difficulty in operation and maintenance, a new scheme based on outdoor installation protection is introduced to promote the relia-bility and economic efficiency of the substation. Firstly, the idea of plug & play and outdoor installation are demonstrated. Compared with the current substation architecture, the advantages of the new scheme are much greater safety and efficiency. Then both the single bay and multiple bay schemes are described. Some key technologies involved and challenges faced are treated. Furthermore, the variation of economic factors in substation's entire life-cycle after application of the new scheme is also evaluated while pointing out the economic advantages in terms of design, construction and maintenance. Nowadays, plug & play and outdoor installation protection is pilot running on the grid.
