摘要:
      电力变压器故障机理复杂且维修成本高昂,对电力系统的安全稳定运行具有明显的消极影响。在数据完备的情况下,获得变压器运行状态的健康指标,对其进行适当的状态维护或预防性维护,对电力系统安全稳定运行具有显著的积极作用。而当前的研究成果大多关注变压器健康管理的某一层面或某一阶段,致使研究成果较为孤立、集成性较差。首先,梳理了目前电力变压器研究存在的主要问题,并给出了基于故障预测与健康管理(PHM)的解决思路;然后,初步界定了电力变压器PHM的管理周期,并系统分析了国内外针对电力变压器健康监测、故障诊断与预测的研究成果;最后,讨论并展望了未来开展大型电力变压器PHM的若干问题。
Abstract:
      The fault mechanism of power transformer is complicated and the maintenance cost is high, which has obvious negative influence on the safe and stable operation of the power system. Under the condition of complete data, obtaining the health indicators of power transformer operation, the proper condition maintenance or preventive maintenance for it can reduce the probability of failure, Moreover, it not only can reduce the maintenance cost of the power transformer, but also have a significant positive effect on the safe and stable operation of the power system. But the current research mostly focuses on the transformer health management in one aspect or a certain stage, the research results are isolated. Firstly, this paper sorts out the main problems existing in the research of power transformer, and gives the solution based on prognostics and health management(PHM). Then, the power transformer health management cycle is defined according to the PHM system, and the research results of health monitoring, fault diagnosis and prediction for power transformer at home and abroad are systematically analyzed. Finally, the future development trend of large power transformer PHM is discussed and prospected.
