摘要:
      电感—电容—电感(LCL)逆变器接入弱电网时存在高频谐振风险,一般采用滤波电容电流作为状态变量的虚拟阻尼技术实现高频谐振抑制。针对风电用中压变流器滤波电容电流采集受限的特点,提出一种采用网侧变流器电流作为状态变量的虚拟阻尼方法,同时采用带通滤波加相位补偿方式对虚拟阻尼进行优化,满足闭环系统低频段增益要求,同时补偿数字系统控制延迟的影响。最后,以实际中常见的弱电网起机加载和满功率运行时突遇弱电网两种典型工况对高频谐振策略进行仿真与试验验证。
Abstract:
      LCL inverter has high frequency resonance risk when connected into weak power system. Therefore, the virtual damping strategy is used with filter capacitor current as a state variable. In view of the characteristic of inconvenience of filter current acquisition using the medium-voltage converter in wind turbine, an optimization virtual damping strategy with grid side converter current as state variable is proposed to realize high frequency suppression. Meanwhile, band-pass filter and differential phase compensation are used to optimize the virtual damping strategy, which can meet the low-frequency gain requirement of closed-loop system and compensate for delay in the digital control system. Finally, the suppression theory of high frequency is verified by experiments and simulations with two typical phenomena, the start and load in weak grid caught in weak grid transient in full power operation.
