摘要:
      在风力发电系统中,风力发电机需要根据主控系统的转矩指令进行精确的转矩控制。传统的控制方法直接根据转矩指令计算对应的电流指令,并进行电流闭环控制。然而,根据转矩指令计算电流指令时,由于电机参数的影响,导致转矩控制精度降低。因此,文中基于全阶滑模观测器,提出了一种永磁同步电机定子磁链和电磁转矩观测器。与传统的电压模型磁链观测器相比,所提磁链观测器克服了积分初始值和积分漂移的问题。与传统电流模型磁链观测器相比,所提磁链观测器克服了电机电感参数和永磁体磁链参数的影响。基于观测得到的定子磁链,可实现电磁转矩的精确观测。通过设计转矩闭环控制,大大提高了转矩控制精度。仿真和实验结果验证了该方法的有效性。
Abstract:
      In the wind power generation system, wind power generators need to accurately control the torque according to the torque command from the master control system. In the traditional control system, the current command is directly calculated according to the torque command and then it is controlled by the current closed-loop. However, because of the influence of the parameters, the torque control accuracy is lowered as a result. For this reason, this paper proposes a stator flux and electromagnetic torque observer for the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) based on a full order sliding mode observer. Compared with the traditional voltage model based flux observer, the proposed observer has overcome the problems of integral initial value and integral drift. Compared with the traditional current model based flux observer, the proposed observer is independent of the parameters of the inductance and permanent magnet flux linkage. Based on the observed stator flux, the electromagnetic torque can be accurately observed. In addition, the torque control accuracy can be greatly improved by the torque closed-loop. Simulation and experimental results have verified the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
