摘要:
      FACTS设备可以有效改善电力系统暂态稳定性,降低失稳风险。分析了现有暂态稳定分析方法的缺点,建立了三种典型FACTS设备-晶闸管控制串联电容器(TCSC),静止功补偿器(SVC),统一潮流控制器(UPFC)的控制策略和暂态稳定分析模型。基于概率风险评估理论,在考虑各种随机因素的前提下,采用蒙特卡洛仿真方法对加入FACTS设备前后的系统暂态失稳风险进行了评估,并以切机风险为指标给出了FACTS设备安装位置选择方法和不同类型FACTS设备配置效果的比较,最后分析了各种随机因素对FACTS设备效果的影响。RTS79系统的仿真结果表明所提出的模型和算法是有效的。
Abstract:
      Flexible AC Transmission System(FACTS) devices can improve the transient stability of power system effectively,so the risk of system instability is reduced. After analyzing the existing transient stability analysis method, the control strategy of three typical FACTS devices- Thyristor Controlled Series Compensator(TCSC), Static Var Compensators(SVC) and Unified power flow controller(UPFC) for transient stability is proposed . Based on probabilistic risk assessment theory, the Monte-Carlo simulation is used to assessment transient instability risk of power system with and without FACTS devices with considering several random factors, then the method to select the place where FACTS devices installed and the comparison of the effect of different FACTS devices based on generator curtailment risk are proposed. At last the effect of several random factors on FACTS devices affection is analyzed. Simulation results of RTS79 system show the effectiveness of proposed model and algorithm.
