摘要:
      基于程序化操作脚本语言,提出了变电站智能程序化操作的解决方案。讨论了倒母线和母线停役的程序化操作中操作步骤的智能识别和操作防误等问题。方案引入了五防系统在线校验方法,解决了变电站中程序化操作的防误问题,并实现变电站操作的二元法冗余校验。工程实践证明,智能程序化操作方案提升了程序化操作的智能水平,也降低了程序化误操作的风险。
Abstract:
      Based on the script language of intelligent sequential operation, the solution scheme of smart substation sequential operation is proposed. The issues of intelligent recognition and mal-operation prevention when the bus is replaced or stopped are discussed. It introduces online check method of five-prevention system and solves errors prevention for sequential operation in smart substation. It also implements duality method of redundancy check for substation operation. The engineering application shows that the intelligent sequential operation scheme could improve the level of intelligent performance and reduce the risk of sequential mal-operation.
