摘要:
      随着新能源和高压直流输电等非同步电源的增多,电网同步惯量降低,进而带来电力系统频率特性的显著变化。同步调相机作为同步机具备惯性响应,可为系统提供短时频率支撑。本文首先介绍了同步调相机惯性响应原理及与同步发电机的相互作用。然后,以同步调相机的惯性响应应用为切入点,梳理了国外电网在改善电网惯性响应和频率特性方面所作的工作,包括电网同步惯性水平、提高同步惯量的措施、同步惯性对同步电网频率响应的影响等方面。最后,结合国外电网研究经验,分析了华东电网是否有必要应用同步调相机增强电力系统频率支撑,并提出了相关建议。
Abstract:
      With the increase of non-synchronous generation such as renewable generation and HVDC, the power system inertia has been reduced, which in turn leads to significant changes in power system frequency characteristics. Synchronous condensers as one type of synchronous machines with inertial response provide short-time frequency support for the power systems. Firstly the principle of synchronous condensers’ inertial response and its interaction with synchronous generators are introduced. Then, taking the application of the synchronous condenser’s inertial response as cut-in point, the worldwide work on improving the inertial responses and frequency characteristics of the power system is combed, including the synchronous inertia level of the power systems, the measures to increase the synchronous inertia, the effect of synchronous inertia on power system frequency response and so on. Finally, combined with the research experiences worldwide, whether it is necessary for East China Power Grid to apply synchronous condensers to enhance the frequency support of power system is analyzed, and relevant suggestions are put forward.
