摘要:
      随着电网运行的一体化特征凸显,各级调控机构间应用业务联系日趋紧密,对信息共享、数据交互的需求也越来越迫切。为了实现一体化协同运行,电网调度控制系统需要在不同调度机构和业务应用之间交互大量的实时数据和非实时数据。但是目前技术方案主要是面向实时业务之间的数据交互,缺少准实时/非实时业务场景下的通用数据交互机制。针对上述问题,本文提出了面向调控业务,实现准实时/非实时数据跨机构、跨安全区、跨平台的一体化交换体系架构,建立了规范的数据交互流程和基于任务的运行机制,实现对数据交互过程的统一管理。目前研究成果已在工程中获得了实际应用,支撑了省调、地调和厂站的一体化协同业务。
Abstract:
      As the integration characteristics of power grid operation become prominent, the application business links between various levels of regulatory agencies are becoming increasingly close, and the demand for information sharing and data interaction is becoming more and more urgent. In order to achieve integrated and coordinated operation, the power grid dispatching control system needs to interact with a large number of real-time data and non-real-time data between different dispatching agencies and business applications. However, the current technical scheme is mainly aimed at the data interaction between real-time services, and there is no universal data interaction mechanism in quasi-real-time/non-real-time business scenarios. According to the above problem, this paper puts forward the regulation of business oriented, quasi real-time/non real-time data across institutions and across the safe zone, cross-platform integrated exchange of architecture, the establishment of a canonical data interaction processes and operating mechanism based on task, to realize unified management of data interaction process. At present, the research results have been applied in engineering, which support the integration of provincial, regional and station.
