      以燃气机组和电转气(power-to-gas,P2G)设施构成的电力—天然气耦合系统提高了不同能源系统的互动性。为实现规划年耦合系统的安全经济运行,提出了以年投资成本、年运行成本之和最小为目标的考虑P2G的电—气耦合系统优化规划方法。该优化方法可得到规划年燃气机组、P2G厂站、电力线路、燃气管道的投建状态和典型日燃气机组、P2G厂站最优出力。基于所提方法对7节点天然气和9节点电力系统可以进行不同场景的建模计算,免疫算法解算结果表明,P2G位置的合理规划可降低天然气网络管道的建设成本,燃气机组和P2G厂站的出力调整可降低系统的运行成本。
Abstract:
      The power-natural gas coupling system consisting of gas generating units and power-to-gas(P2G) improves interaction of different energy systems.In order to realize the safe and economic operation of the coupling system during planning year, an optimal planning method for electric-gas coupling system considering P2G is proposed, which aims at minimizing the sum of annual investment cost and annual operation cost.This optimization method can obtain the optimal output of gas generating units, P2G plants, power lines, gas pipelines and typical daily gas generating units and P2G plants in the planning year.Based on the proposed method, 7-node natural gas and 9-node power system can be modeled and calculated in different scenarios. The results of immune algorithm show that the reasonable planning of P2G location can reduce the construction cost of natural gas network pipeline, and the output adjustment of gas generating units and P2G plants can reduce the operation cost of the system.#$NLKeywords: P2G; Electric-gas coupled system; Collaborative optimal planning; Immune algorithms
