摘要:
      针对高渗透率DG集群接入配电网下的网-源-储规划问题,为了提高系统供电可靠性指标,本文将网-源-储规划问题分解成两步进行:第一步进行考虑集群孤岛运行概率的DG集群网-源协同多目标规划;基于第一步规划得到的集群孤岛运行概率,进行第二步储能规划来保证各集群内接入的DG能够满足集群的孤岛运行。针对于第一步的网-源协同规划模型中的可靠性指标计算,由于需要考虑集群孤岛运行以及网络连接不确定因素,对可靠性指标的逆流计算与顺流计算方法进行改进;并针对网源协同规划模型的多目标问题,引入增广ε-约束法(AUGMECON)法对多目标规划模型进行求解,该方法能给决策者提供更为全面的解集。以中国某地高渗透率DG实际配电网络为例,验证本文提出的基于集群划分的网-源-储规划方法能够提高系统供电可靠性,并有降低网损和电压波动等作用。
Abstract:
      Aiming at the problem of network-resource-storage planning of distribution networks under high-permeability DG cluster integration, in order to promote the reliability indices of load points, this paper proposes a two-step planning method. The first step is to conduct the multi-objective network-resource planning of DG clusters considering the isolated operation probabilities of clusters. Base on the isolated operation probabilities of clusters obtained in the first step, the second step of storage planning is conducted to guarantee that the integrated DG within the clusters can satisfy the isolated operation of clusters. As far as the reliability index calculation in the network-resource planning model of the first step, the reliability index calculation method of up-stream delivering and the down-stream merging is improved. The improved reliability index calculation takes into account the isolated operation of clusters and the uncertainties of the network connection during the planning process. Since the network-resource collaborative planning model in the first step is a multi-objective problem, the AUGMECON method is introduced to solve the multi-objective planning model. The AUGMECON method can provide decision makers with the richer alternatives. Taking the actual high-permeability DG distribution network in China as an example, it is verified that the proposed network-source-storage planning method based on cluster partition can improve the reliability of the system and can decrease the power losses and voltage fluctuations.
