摘要:
      本文针对新一代调度控制系统体系架构变化带来的系统结构复杂度增大以及应用关联性增强问题,面向调控系统运维的实际需求,分析了一体化运维技术在新一代调度控制系统中的重要性,提出适应新一代调度控制系统体系架构的一体化运维整体解决方案,介绍了一体化运维支撑软硬件架构、新一代调度控制系统运行状态评价指标,以及调控系统运行信息采集、监视预警和故障处置等一体化运维相关关键技术。
Abstract:
      Along with the architectural evolvement of power grid dispatching control system (PGDCS), the structure of the new generation system becomes more complex and the interaction among application software are more closely. To satisfy the practical needs of system operation and maintenance, this paper analyzes the importance of the integration of operation and maintenance businesses, and proposes an integrated operation and maintenance solution that adapts to the system architectural change. Specifically, software and hardware architectures supporting integrated operation and maintenance are introduced, indexes on the evaluation of PGDCS operation status are presented, moreover, relevant key technologies including data acquisition from PGDCS, monitoring and pre-warning, as well as fault disposal to PGDCS are clarified.
