      模块化多电平换流器适合作为中高压电网的并网接口,针对光伏中压直流汇集系统潜在次/超同步振荡问题,本文从频域出发,系统地建立了送端电流源型并网MMC变流器的正负序阻抗模型,对并网时互联系统的稳定性作出分析;频域正负序阻抗与电网阻抗交叠预测了串联补偿下光伏中压直流汇集系统次/超同步振荡现象,并验证了频域阻抗-时域波形分析一致性;通过控制参数优化,有效抑制了模块化多电平换流器串联补偿次/超同步振荡现象。
Abstract:
      Modular multilevel converter is widely in the medium and high voltage power grid. For the potential subsynchronous/supersynchronous oscillation problem in PV medium voltage DC power collection and integration system, this paper systematically establishes the positive- and negative-sequence impedance models of MMC converter, which provide the basis of the stability analysis for grid-connected MMC inverters. Combined with the impedance analysis theory, two simulation cases in time and frequency domains predict subsynchronous/supersynchronous oscillation with different control parameters. Simulation results show that subsynchronous/supersynchronous oscillation can be effectively suppressed with the optimization of control parameters in high series-capacitor compensation working condition.
