摘要:
      针对当前风电供热项目使用纯凝电力过多、电锅炉利用率低的问题,提出了风电供热项目与热电厂互补供热的运行模式。在构建风电供热系统基本数学模型的基础上,建立了风电供热系统在独立供热模式下和与热电厂互补供热模式下的运行策略模型和节煤效果计算模型。算例中,以实际数据为依据,对整个供暖期两种模式下的风电供热项目进行了模拟运行,结果表明,相对于独立供热模式,互补供热模式不仅在节煤效果上具有巨大的优势,而且该模式下风电供热项目需配置储热,从而可节约大量投资成本。上述结论,可为我国当前风电供热的规划提供参考。
Abstract:
      In the current wind power heating project with the independent heating mode, too much power from condensing thermal unit is used, and utilization rate of the electric boiler is too low, so the complementary heating mode with CHP plant is suggested. Based on the general modeling of electric boiler system with storage, the operation strategy and the effect of coal saving of wind power heating project with complementary heating mode are analyzed and modeled. In the case, the operation of the wind power heating project with two different modes is simulated based on the realistic data, and the results show the complementary mode can not only save a large amount of coal, but also cancel the storage which has to be installed for wind power heating project with independent heating mode and then save a lot of investment. These conclusions are very valuable for the current planning of wind power heating in China.
