摘要:
      基于配电线路远传型故障指示器等录波装置的数据,对小电流接地系统的接地故障类型进行识别,对配网运行的安全性和可靠性有着重要的意义。首先,分析了接地故障的稳态和暂态特征,将故障进行了多层次递进式分类,并进行定义;其次,提取了不同类型故障的电气量特征,建立接地故障类型识别模型;最后,以现场的录波数据对本文提出的接地故障类型识别模型进行验证。验证结果表明,本文提出的方法能够有效地识别接地故障类型,有利于提高小电流接地故障处理的针对性。
Abstract:
      The identification of types of single-phase earth fault in non-solid earthed network has great significance for the safety and reliability of distribution network operation. Firstly, based on the analysis of steady and transient characteristics of single-phase earth faults, a hierarchical classification model is proposed and definitions of different faults are made. Then the characteristics of electrical quantities of different fault types are extracted, and a hierarchical type-recognition model is established. Finally, the type-recognition model is verified by the on-site recorded data pro-vided by the wave-recording devices. The test results testifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the type-recognition model proposed, which could help improve the purposeful of grounding fault handling.
