摘要:
      在高渗透可再生能源接入配电网的情况下,随着能源市场的逐步开放,综合能源供应商成为综合能源市场内的一个新型利益主体。基于此,提出了一个考虑区域能源供应商和综合能源管理中心净收益双重最大化的双层规划模型,其上层为综合能源中心内的各装置容量规划,下层是对综合能源管理中心购电、气策略的确定。同时模型内考虑了可再生能源出力控制、无功补偿的投切、有载变压器的调节3种主动管理措施以及可再生能源出力的时序性。通过猫群算法与改进的遗传算法对所提模型完成求解计算。根据IEEE33节点配电网系统验证了所提模型的合理性。#$NL关键词: 综合能源市场; 区域能源供应商; 综合能源管理中心; 综合能源单元; 主动管理措施
Abstract:
      In the case of high-permeability renewable energy access to the distribution network, with the gradual opening of the energy market, integrated energy suppliers have become a new type of interest in the integrated energy market. Thus, a bi-level programming model is proposed which takes the maximization of net income of regional energy suppliers and the minimization of the total cost of integrated energy management center into account, the model satisfies the user-friendliness at the same time. The model also takes the renewable energy output control, reactive power compensation switching, on-load transformer regulation of the three active management measures and the timing of renewable energy output into account. The improved genetic algorithm and cat swarm optimization is used to solve the proposed model. The rationality of the proposed model is verified by the IEEE 33 node distribution network system.#$NLKeywords: integrated energy market; regional energy supplier; integrated energy management center; integrated energy unit; active management measure
