摘要:
      电源集群划分可简化电网规划、运行监视和调度控制等过程,具有十分广泛的工程应用基础。随着规模化可再生能源的分布式接入,配电网面临的过电压、功率倒送等问题愈发严重,传统基于单一判据的集群划分方法已难以满足配电网规划运行需求。本文以含高渗透率分布式可再生能源的配电网规划为应用场景,提出综合考虑结构性与功能性的集群划分方法:结构性上采用基于电气距离的模块度指标;功能性上以集群的无功平衡度以及有功平衡度为指标,构建了综合性能指标体系;同时,为适应综合性能指标的计算表达,本文对基本遗传算法进行了改进,设计了基于网络邻接矩阵的新的染色体编码方式。以某10kV实际馈线系统为例进行了理论和算法验证,结果表明本文所提集群划分具有较强的电气耦合性、较好的调压能力与有功平衡程度。
Abstract:
      Power cluster partition can simplify the grid planning, operation monitoring and dispatching control, and has a very wide range of engineering applications.As the large-scale renewable energy distributed access,the problem of distribution network overvoltage,reverse power is getting more severe, such as traditional cluster partition method based on a single criterion has been difficult to meet the demand of distribution network planning.In this paper, the distribution network planning with high penetration level of distributed generation is applied as a scene,and the method of cluster partition considering structural and functionality is proposed:using the modular index based on electrical distance on the structural;using the equilibrium degree of reactive power and active power as function index,and the comprehensive performance indicator system is constructed;meanwhile,to adapt to the comprehensive performance indexes,this paper improves the basic genetic algorithm and adopts the new chromosome coding method based on the network adjacency matrix.A 10kV actual feeder system is used for the theoretical and algorithm verification, which proves that the results of cluster partition in this paper have strong electric coupling, good regulating ability and the equilibrium degree of active power.
