摘要:
      云南电网通过多回直流和南方电网东部主网异步联网运行,直流频率限制器(Frequency Limit Controller,FLC)在送端系统频率控制中发挥重要作用。在楚穗直流单极闭锁试验中,暴露了FLC与一次调频动作不匹配,直流长时间处于过负荷运行状态的问题。针对此问题,建立FLC详细的数学模型,通过FLC动态调节过程的分析,阐明FLC不同模型的调节特征,以及与一次调频的协调配合关系。在此基础上,通过时域仿真法研究了FLC备用容量、死区设置对频率峰值和FLC调节量释放过程的影响,提出FLC 调频策略的优化设计方案,并基于特征值灵敏度方法重新设计调速器参数,优化其动态性能。采用所提方案能够充分发挥FLC对频率峰值的抑制作用,同时与一次调频配合,保证其调节量的快速释放,实际运行结果验证了优化策略的有效性。
Abstract:
      Yunnan power grid asynchronous interconnected with the main network of China Southern Power Grid (CSG) by multi HVDC, and the Frequency Limit Controller (FLC) plays a significant role in the frequency control of sending-side system. In the HVDC single-polar block experiment, some HVDC operated in overload for a long time because of the mismatching between FLC and Primary Frequency Control(FPC). By analyzing the dynamic regulation process of the FLC after large disturbance, combined with mathematic models of FLC, the interaction between FLC and FPC were defined. On this basis, the paper analyzed the influence of FLC reserve capacity and dead band on the frequency peak and releasing process of FLC by time domain simulation, and proposed a frequency modulation strategy of FLC. Furthermore, the governor parameters were redesigned by eigenvalue sensitivity method for improving the dynamic performance of FPC. That could make the best of FLC on frequency peak restriction and accelerate the power reset of FLC. The results of operation had shown the availability of proposed strategies, which obviously improved the dynamic process of frequency.
