      工业园区是典型的复杂能源系统,通过利用多能源之间的耦合机制,实现多能互补,可显著提升其经济效益与能源利用率。为此,本文针对工业园区提出了一种考虑能量梯级利用的工厂综合能源系统(integrated energy system, IES)多能协同优化模型。首先介绍工厂IES系统架构,再对IES中的能量生产设备、能量转换设备以及能量存储设备进行独立建模。基于此,以日运行费用最低为优化目标,在冷热电功率平衡约束以及设备物理约束下,采用混合整数线性规划法对模型进行求解。所提模型遵循“品位对口,梯级利用”的科学用能思想,按热品位高低进行能量梯级利用,实现工业生产流程与设备运行参数的综合优化。算例分析表明,本文所提的优化调度策略更契合工程的实际需求,可显著降低工业用户的运行费用。
Abstract:
      Industrial Park is a typical complex energy system. Making use of the coupling mechanism of multiple energy sources can achieve multi-energy complementation, which can significantly enhance the economic efficiency and energy utili-zation of plant. Thus, a multi-energy cooperative optimization model of plant integrated energy system considering energy stepped utilization is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the plant IES energy supply structure is introduced. Then, the energy production equipment, energy conversion device and energy storage devices in IES are independently modeled. Based on this, the minimum operating cost is taken as the optimization objective with energy balance constraints and physical of equipment constraints. Finally, mixed integer linear programming method is proposed to solve the problem. This model follows the scientific thought of "grade counterparts, stepped utilization", which achieves the optimization of industrial production process and equipment operating parameters based on the grade of heat. The example analy-sis shows that the optimal scheduling strategy proposed in this paper is more suitable for the actual demand of engi-neering, and can significantly reduce the operating costs of industrial park.
