摘要:
      模块化多电平的换流器的子模块调制技术是该拓扑的主要技术难点之一。传统策略中,需实时检测桥臂所有子模块的电容电压,并进行全排序。若子模块数量较多,会对控制器性能产生较高要求,并产生控制延时,影响换流器安全稳定运行。为此,本文提出了一种基于双队列的模块化多电平换流器的调制方法。在初始时刻建立桥臂的投入队列和切除队列,电平变化时根据当前时刻桥臂电流的方向以及桥臂子模块的最大电压偏差,对上一时刻的投入队列和切除队列进行调整。该方法无需对子模块电容电压进行排序,在保持较低开关频率的基础上大大降低了系统运算时间。在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建了相应的仿真模型,仿真结果证明了该策略的可行性和有效性。
Abstract:
      The modulation method of modular multilevel converter (MMC) is one of the most important issues in practical engineering. In traditional strategy, the capacitor voltages of sub-modules (SMs) need to be monitored and sorted. If the number of SMs increases, the required calculating time rises accordingly and the operating of converter may be influenced. Hence, a modulation method based on dual queues is proposed in this paper. The on-state queue and off-state queue are established, and adjusted according to the direction of arm current and the maximum voltage margin during the operation. The capacitor voltages of SMs need not to be sorted in this method and the calculating time can be limited. The model of MMC-HVDC with 200 SMs is developed in PSCAD/EMTDC, and the simulation result proves the validity and the feasibility of the proposed method.
