摘要:
      本文以IEC61968的CIM模型为基础,对配电网络设备信息及拓扑连接关系进行了解析,先通过四参数法将设备GIS坐标映射到网格化的图纸上完成初始布局,再针对“杆塔分布均匀规整、站房分布均匀、线路交叉少,整体图元分布均匀”的优化目标进行多目标优化建模,利用带线性递减策略的柯西变异粒子群算法进行优化布局,最终实现了兼顾灵活通用与布局美观的配电单线图自动成图,并生成SVG格式文件与专网移动设备共享,以满足配网运检业务的需要。
Abstract:
      Based on the CIM model of IEC61968, this paper analyzes the information and topology connection of distribution network equipment. The four-parameter method is used to map the GIS coordinates of the equipment to the grid-based drawings to complete the initial layout. A multi-objective optimization model is proposed for the optimization goal of "uniform distribution of towers, uniform distribution of stations, less intersecting lines and uniform distribution of the whole elements". And using the Cauchy variant particle swarm optimization algorithm with linear decreasing strategy optimize the layout. Ultimately generating single line diagram for distribution network automatically that achieve a balance between flexible and beautiful.
