高渗透率下大电网应对微网接入的策略

摘要:

分析了高渗透率微网接入对大电网的安全稳定性、电能质量、调度运行等方面的影响。从大电网与微网的作用机理、优化规划、运行策略、继电保护及电能交易模式等方面进行研究探讨,明确微网大规模接入电力系统后给大电网带来的关键问题,提出大电网应对微网接入策略的框架结构和主要研究内容。

Abstract:

The impact of microgrid accession with high penetration on the large power system security and stability, power quality and dispatching operations is analyzed. The problems are discussed including principle of interaction between large power system and microgrid, optimal planning, operation strategy, relay protection and pattern of electrical market. The key problems arisen from the massive microgrid accession to the large power system are defined. The framework structure and main contents of strategies of large power system coping with microgrid accession are proposed.
