基于鲁棒模型预测控制的配电网虚拟电厂一次频率控制策略

摘要:

为充分发挥各类异构分布式能源(DER)的特点,并利用配电网的可调节能力提供更优的调频辅助服务,文中提出一种面向配电网虚拟电厂(DLVPP)的一次频率控制策略。首先,对跟网型和构网型异构DER进行适用于聚合控制的建模。其次,利用推导的聚合条件,结合各DER的响应时间、系统拓扑及调频容量等参数,采用自适应解聚合分配策略,将期望总特性分解到各DER。然后,基于鲁棒模型预测控制(RMPC)设计本地控制器,以提升系统在外部扰动及模型不确定性存在时的鲁棒性,同时在满足设备级瞬态约束的前提下,使各设备精确匹配本地期望特性。最后,仿真结果表明,所提策略显著改善了一次调频特性,兼顾了本地动态特性,实现了异构DER的统一聚合频率控制,为配电网参与调频辅助服务提供了有效方案。

Primary Frequency Control Strategy of Distribution-level Virtual Power Plant Based on Robust Model Predictive Control

Abstract:

To fully leverage the characteristics of various types of heterogeneous distributed energy resources (DERs) and utilize the adjustable capacity of the distribution network to provide superior frequency regulation auxiliary services, this paper proposes a primary frequency control strategy of distribution-level virtual power plants (DLVPPs). First, models suitable for aggregated control are developed for grid-following and grid-forming heterogeneous DERs. Next, leveraging the derived aggregation conditions and considering factors such as the response time, system topology, and frequency regulation capacity of each DER, an adaptive disaggregation allocation strategy is employed to decompose the total expected characteristics into each DER. Then, a local controller is designed based on robust model predictive control (RMPC) to enhance the system robustness in the presence of external disturbances and model uncertainties. Meanwhile, on the premise of meeting the device-level transient constraints, each device can precisely match the local expected characteristics. Finally, simulation results demonstrate that the proposed strategy significantly improves the primary frequency regulation characteristics while considering the local dynamic characteristics, and achieves unified aggregated frequency control of heterogeneous DERs, providing an effective solution for the distribution network participating in frequency regulation auxiliary services
