省间电力现货市场已连续不间断结算试运行超2年,在落实省间中长期交易的基础上,实现了市场化电力余缺互济和资源大范围优化配置。实践表明,省间现货市场在提升全网保供能力、促进清洁能源消纳等方面发挥了重要作用。文中首先介绍了2022年以来省间电力现货市场试运行情况以及运行成效;其次,从市场框架、出清机制、申报机制等方面对省间现货交易机制进行了分析。最后,结合省间现货市场建设的现状,对未来发展方向进行了展望。

The inter-provincial electricity spot market has been continuously operating for more than two years. Based on the implementation of inter-provincial medium- and long-term transactions, it has achieved market-oriented electricity surplus and shortage mutual assistance and large-scale optimal allocation of resources. The practice shows that the inter-provincial electricity spot market has played an important role in improving the supply capacity of the whole power grid and promoting the consumption of clean energy. Firstly, this paper describes the trial operation and effectiveness of the inter-provincial electricity spot market since 2022. Secondly, the mechanism of inter-provincial electricity spot trading is analyzed from the market framework, the clearing mechanism, and the declaring mechanism. Finally, based on the current situation of inter-provincial electricity spot market construction, the future development directions are prospected.
