在对独立微网电源容量进行优化配置时,为了在保证供电可靠性的前提下进一步提高经济性,提出一种考虑源荷不确定性与激励型需求响应(DR)的含热泵储能(PHES)的独立微网电源容量优化配置方法。首先,给出含PHES的独立微网基本结构图,基于该结构图阐述PHES的工作原理并建立PHES的简化数学模型;其次,基于鲁棒优化方法构建不确定场景集;然后,建立考虑激励型DR的双层鲁棒容量优化配置模型;最后,采用内嵌混合整数线性规划的遗传算法对模型进行求解。算例结果表明,将PHES这一储能成本低、不受地理条件限制的新型储能替代成本较高的电池储能作为系统储能方案,能够进一步提高经济性;考虑源荷不确定性与DR两者共同作用对配置结果的影响,能够完善独立微网优化配置模型,使计算得到的配置结果更为合理。

Aiming at the problem of how to improve the economy as much as possible on the premise of ensuring the reliability of power supply when the generation capacity configuration of stand-alone microgrid is optimized, an optimal configuration method of generation capacity for the stand-alone microgrid with pumped heat energy storage (PHES) considering source-load uncertainty and incentive demand response (DR) is proposed. Firstly, the basic structure of stand-alone microgrid with PHES is introduced. On this basis, the working principle of PHES is explained and the simplified mathematical model of PHES is established. Secondly, uncertain scenario sets are built based on the robust optimization method. Then, a bi-level robust optimization model of capacity configuration considering incentive DR is established. Finally, the model is solved by using the genetic algorithm combined with the mixed-integer linear programming. The example results show that, PHES, a new type of energy storage with low cost and not restricted by geographical conditions, can be used as the system energy storage scheme to replace the high-cost battery energy storage for further improving the economy. Considering the influence of the combination of source-load uncertainty and DR on the configuration results, the optimal configuration model of stand-alone microgrid can be improved to make the configuration results more reasonable.
