V/f控制下柔性直流换流器阻抗建模及中高频谐振特性分析

摘要:

为研究交流侧电压控制,即V/f控制下柔性直流输电系统的中高频谐振问题,考虑正负序交流电压和电流内外环、电压前馈以及系统调制与控制链路延时等环节的作用,采用谐波线性化的方法建立了柔性直流换流器的交流侧正负序等效阻抗模型;分析了交流电压控制方式、电压前馈控制方式、控制系统参数、链路延时大小等因素对V/f控制下柔性直流换流器中高频阻抗特性的影响;通过对控制系统结构和参数进行优化,提出了柔性直流换流器中高频等效阻抗的改善措施,抑制换流器负阻尼。以66 kV交流汇集的海上风电柔性直流送出系统为例,分析了柔性直流换流器对系统中高频谐振特性的影响。最后,分别通过阻抗扫描和电磁暂态仿真验证了等效阻抗模型的正确性和阻抗改善措施的有效性。

Impedance Modeling and Mid- and High-frequency Resonance Characteristic Analysis for Flexible DC Converter with V/f Control

Abstract:

In order to study mid- and high-frequency resonance problem of flexible DC transmission system with AC-side voltage control, i.e. V/f control, the AC-side positive and negative sequence equivalent impedance model flexible DC converter is established by means of harmonic linearization considering the functions of positive and negative sequence AC voltage and current loop, voltage feedforward, system modulation and control link delay. Then, the influence of AC voltage control mode, voltage feedforward control mode, control system parameters and link delay on the mid- and high-frequency impedance characteristics of flexible DC converter with V/f control is analyzed. By optimizing the control system structure and parameters, the improvement measures on mid- and high-frequency impedance equivalent impedance of flexible DC converter are proposed to suppress the negative damping of converters. Taking a flexible DC delivery system for 66 kV offshore wind farm as an example, the influence of lexible DC converter on the mid- and high-frequency resonance characteristics is analyzed. Finally, the correctness of the equivalent impedance model and the effectiveness of impedance improvement measure are verified by impedance scanning and electromagnetic transient simulation, respectively.
