新能源接入电网的断面传输方式聚类分析

摘要:

传统电网运行方式下制定输电断面限额时,为保证安全性,主要考虑最严重电网运行方式。这种处理方式不能适应高占比新能源电网运行方式复杂多变的特点,存在包含运行方式情景不足和安全裕度过大等问题。为此,提出新能源接入电网的断面传输方式聚类分析方法。首先,基于历史统计信息找出电网关键断面,并通过相关性分析挖掘出影响电网关键通道传输能力的关联因素;然后,根据关联度指标对关键因素进行排序,并根据排序靠前的关键因素对电网运行方式进行聚类划分;接着,依据聚类划分结果对该边界方式下各级断面输电限额进行优化,以提升电网输送能力。最后,通过中国西北电网仿真分析验证了所提方法的有效性和实用性。

Clustering Analysis of Transmission Section Modes for Power Grid with Renewable Energy

Abstract:

When the transmission section limit is formulated by adopting the traditional operation modes, the worst operation modes of power grids are mainly considered to ensure the safety, which can not adapt to the complex and variable characteristics of the operation modes of the power grid with high proportion of renewable energy. There are problems such as insufficient operation mode scenarios and too large safety margins, etc. Therefore, a clustering analysis method for the transmission section modes of the power grid with renewable energy is proposed. Firstly, the key sections of the power grid are discovered based on the historical data statistics, and the relevant factors that affect the transmission power of the key sections of the power grid are discovered by correlation analysis. Secondly, the key factors are sorted according to the correlation index, and the operation modes of the power grid are clustered according to the key factors of the top ranking. Thirdly, according to the clustering results, the transmission section limits at each level of the boundary modes are optimized to increase the transmission capacity of the power grid. Finally, the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method are verified by the simulation analysis of Northwest China power grid.
