融合已知相别和地址信息的低压用户计量表箱识别

摘要:

用户电能表与表箱的关系不清楚可能导致严重后果,用户电能表的所属计量表箱识别是低压配电网计量拓扑识别问题之一。由于同一计量箱的用户入线共用同一条配电箱母线,若已知总等效单相计量箱数量N,则原问题可转换为基于用户电压时序波形的N类分类问题。在分析了这种方法在实际工程应用中的缺点的基础上,提出了一种融合已知相别和地址信息的低压配电计量表箱识别方法。首先,采用聚类方法将分相后的电压时序波形辨识到配电分线箱层面。然后,利用经过挖掘和补全的地址文本信息构建基于相邻关系的约束,并采用约束的k-medoids聚类算法将用户区划分为表箱层面。最后,通过2个具典型特征的低压配电网案例验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:

The relationship between the user meter and the meter box is unclear, which may lead to serious consequences. Therefore, the identification of the meter box of the user meter is one of the measurement topology identification problems of low voltage distribution network. Since the entry lines of user meters in the same meter box share the same distribution box bus, if the total number N of the equivalent single-phase meter is known, the original problem can be converted into an N-classification problem based on the voltage time waveforms from the readings of user meters. Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of such methods in practical engineering applications, the paper proposes an identification method of the low-voltage power distribution meter box combing the known phase and address information. First, the clustering method is used to identify the phase-separated voltage time waveforms to the distribution box level. Then, the mined and completed address text information is applied to construct constraints based on neighborhood relations, and use constrained k-medoids clustering algorithm divides users to the meter box level. Finally, two low-voltage distribution network cases with typical characteristics verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
