基于单端暂态电压的含限流电抗器直流配电网保护方法

摘要:

直流配电网故障特性复杂,故障的可靠识别和快速切除是保护面临的主要难点之一。针对含限流电抗器的多端柔性直流配电网,文中利用限流电抗器的故障暂态电压特性,提出一种单端暂态电压的直流线路保护方法。根据限流电抗器故障暂态初始电压的差异识别区内外故障,利用正、负极限流电抗器故障电压构成的电压比值系数区分故障类型,并据此提出故障识别判据和故障选极判据。在Simulink中建立多端柔性直流配电网仿真模型,结果表明所提保护方法可在0.5 ms内快速判别故障位置和故障类型,仅利用单端数据即可实现全线速动,具有良好的区内外故障识别区分度,且无须考虑通信和双端数据同步问题,具有良好的抗过渡电阻和抗噪声干扰能力。

Protection Method Based on Single Terminal Transient Voltage for DC Distribution Network with Current Limiting Reactor

Abstract:

The fault characteristics of DC distribution network are of great complexity. Reliable identification and fast isolation of faults are one of the main difficulties faced by protection. Aiming at the multi-terminal flexible DC distribution network with current limiting reactors, based on the fault transient voltage characteristics of current limiting reactors, a single terminal transient voltage protection method for DC lines is proposed. According to the difference of transient initial voltage of current limiting reactors, the internal and external faults can be identified. The fault types can be distinguished by the voltage ratio coefficient composed of fault voltage of positive and negative limiting current reactors. According to these characteristics, the fault identification criterion and fault pole selection criterion are proposed. The simulation model of multi-terminal flexible DC distribution network is established in Simulink platform. The results show that the proposed protection method can quickly identify the fault location and fault type within 0.5 ms and can realize the full-line fast operation only by using single terminal data. Also, the protection method has a good distinction between internal and external faults, does not need to consider communication and double-ended data synchronization, and has good anti-transition resistance and anti-noise interference capabilities.
