配电网信息物理系统可靠性的精细化建模与评估

摘要:

随着信息通信技术广泛应用于配电网,配电网的信息物理耦合程度逐渐加深,现有配电网信息物理系统可靠性模型难以准确评估实际工程应用中复杂场景的可靠性。文中基于耦合元件的失效情况建立了多状态可靠性模型,并基于满二叉树拓扑遍历配电网信息失效场景,由此提出了一种新颖的可靠性分析方法。该方法考虑了实际故障处理过程与转供容量约束,并适用于所有开环运行的配电网拓扑,为评估存量配电网信息物理系统的可靠性提供一种可行的手段。最后,以中国某市一个实际配电网为例,构建测试配电网信息物理系统,验证了所提配电网信息物理系统可靠性评估方法的可行性与有效性。

Refined Modeling and Evaluation of Reliability for Cyber-Physical System of Distribution Network

Abstract:

With the extensive application of information and communication technology in distribution networks, the degree of cyber-physical coupling of distribution networks is gradually deepened. The existing reliability model of the cyber-physical system (CPS) of distribution networks is difficult to accurately evaluate the reliability of complex scenarios in practical engineering application. In this paper, multi-state reliability models are established for coupling components based on their failure cases, and cyber failure scenarios of the distribution networks are traversed based on the full binary tree topology. Thus, a novel reliability analysis method is proposed. This method takes into account the actual fault handling process and transfer capacity constraints, and it is applicable for all distribution networks with open-loop topologies. It provides a feasible method for evaluating the reliability of the stock CPS of distribution network. Finally, taking an actual distribution network in a city as an example, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed reliability evaluation method of the CPS of distribution networks is verified.
